Hello there! 

I just wanted to post this up to let people know that I am in fact, alive. I have a few conversations I have yet to reply to (but I know those people are not going to be mad at me because they're super duper awesome and probably also busy ). I am the new club advisor for Science Olympiad, and compiling schedules and calling up parents has been having me basically work every waking moment. Otherwise, I eat and sleep. I slept at 2am and woke up at 7am on a Saturday today to do what...of course work and answer work emails.

Fingers crossed that this role will only make me this busy for another a few weeks. Anyways, I'm not here to complain! I am taking on this task as a new challenge and to become more involved with my school. Plus, it's for the kiddos!

In short, I am aliiiiiveee.

I have been such a workaholic today. I remembered to eat only after I left work and I tooootally forgot to drink something until 7pm. O_O I usually cannot last 2 hours without drinking something. And I definitely get hungry within a few hours after waking up. I guess I was just powering through today on energy from last night's meal!

I don't want students to think that markups and comments are their paper are bad. They tend to associate red pen with negativity. I swear I say nice things too! haha Hence, I loooove my rainbow assortment of pens.

I have compiled the votes from various social media sites (FB, tumblr, Instagram, dA, etc.) and colors from past orders into a pie chart. 


I honestly thought about bringing about 4-6 of these owls back. Now that I see the results, I may need to bring 7 or 8 of them back! The light purple is definitely out. My dilemma is deciding on fuschia. Maybe I'll flip a coin? haha What would you do in this situation?

All other colors will be permanent.

I'm planning to shoot individual photos of each of the owls separately and release them one by one. And then perhaps a group shot!

Hello! It's been exactly a year since I've written a journal so there's a lot to cover but I'll try to keep it simple and short!

1. Some of you may have noticed but my shop was empty for a few months because I was busy and contemplating about what I want I really wanted to offer in my shop - you could say I was in a slump. With the help of pinkythepink (she makes the prettiest beaded dresses ever!! You totally have to see for yourself!), I decided to go back to my roots of making jewelry - mainly earrings - and put those in my shop. I am not getting rid of all my beaded animals though. 2. I plan to bring back some of the baby owls, but I need your help deciding (Yes, even you who may be speaking to me for the very first time ). Your input is VERY valuable.
